Reservations and Payment

To secure your reservation, we require a valid credit card and a full payment of the room. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We can also offer payment by Swish.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is from 3:00 pm. If you plan to arrive outside of these hours, please inform us in advance, welcome@villavega.se. Check-out time is at 11:00 am. Late check-out may be subject to an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled arrival date. Failure to cancel within this time frame will result in a charge of one night's accommodation.

Smoking Policy

Villa Vega is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted in any of the rooms or public areas. Smoking within the hotel rooms will be charged of one night's extra accommodation.

Damage to Property

Any damage caused to the hotel property by guests will be charged to their credit card. This includes but is not limited to, damage to furniture, linens, and fixtures.

Pets

Pets are not allowed at Villa Vega.

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards other guests and staff members. Any behavior that is deemed inappropriate or disruptive will result in the guest being asked to leave the property.

At Villa Vega we encourage people to hang out and spend time in our common areas. But please remember to respect other guests and staff members.

Liability

Villa Vega is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guest's personal belongings or valuables.
